How to install vsftpd Centos /Redhat  

Enable and start  

Configure vsftpd 

save and  exit
Allow vsftpd Through the Firewal

enable the firewall settings

Restart the vsftpd  service 

Install  Vsftpd  in Ubuntu  /Debian /Mint 

check firewall status

Add ftp ports to firewall

check   again  if the firewall  port is open
